The neighborhood directory is completely paperless, and can be found on the Sentry Management/Falcon Ridge Website (this website can only be accessed by Falcon Ridge Homeowners).

If you wish to be included in the directory, please register at www.sentrymgt.com and opt in. Then you could add, for questions, please email adavis@sentrymgt.com.

Reminders

Lawns – Lawns are one of the most highly-visible parts of our properties. Currently there are several properties in the community with lawns that are in disrepair. It is only with the cooperation of all homeowners that we can maintain our community standards and protect our home values. Please maintain your lawns and shrub beds with consistent lawn cutting/trimming and proper weed control. Please do not blow yard waste onto the street (especially dead, weedy or diseased grass) or down storm drains.
Boats, Trailers, RVs, Commercial Vehicles – These are not allowed to be parked in the community for more than 24 hours.
Roof & Home Exterior Surfaces – all changes to the exterior (including exterior painting) and roof changes of the home need approval via the Architecture Board with approval prior to work commencing.
Sidewalks, Curbs & Driveways – Please clean to remove grass, dirt, mold & mildew. Also please remove the weeds in your driveway and walkways.

Tree & Landscape Bed Trimming – Please trim any branches over-hanging or obstructing sidewalks, roads, signs or lights to a minimum of 8ft clearance, and keep plant material in landscape beds neatly pruned and mulched. All stumps remaining from previous tree removal need to be removed as well. Trees with > 50% dead leaves and not treated are considered dead and should be removed
Trash & Recycling Bins – Store trash and recycling containers inside your garage. Please put away the same day as pick up.
All vegetable gardens - must be contained to the back yard, including raised beds.
Miscellaneous Items on Lot – Please keep your lot free of any loose, miscellaneous items including building materials, equipment, plant containers, unused vehicles, trailers, bicycles, wagons, strollers, tricycles, and other large toys.
Pets - When walking pets around the neighborhood please make sure you pick up after them and dispose properly.
Portable basketball goals - are not allowed by our HOA bylaws. Please apply to the Architecture Board for approval or questions on what is applicable.

Pool Access

There are two neighborhood pools for residents to use.

You must have a signed liability waiver on file before your pool card will be activated. Fill out, sign, and return the waiver to pool@falconridgehoa.net

If you need an access card to the pools, please contact Sentry Management or send an email to pool@falconridgehoa.net

Family pool entry/access cards are homeowner’s responsibility. New homeowners will be provided one card at no charge if the previous owner did not leave their card.

There is a $30 replacement charge for a lost card.

You can either mail a check to the Sentry office or you can pay below. Please allow 24 hours for your request to be processed.

NOTE: There can be only one active card per family or household. Getting a replacement card will deactivate your previous card.

FAQ

Is there trash service?

Trash service is an amenity that is provided by the Falcon Ridge HOA. Trash is collected by Waste Management on Friday mornings starting at 7:00am. Learn more.

Who provides electricity?

Electricity is provided by Evergy (formerly KCP&L). New/Stop service requests and bill payments may be done automatically on their website.

TV, Internet and Phone Providers

Consolidated Communications , Spectrum, AT&T, Google Fiber, and Viasat Satellite Internet provide various levels of digital cable, internet and home phone service.

Garage Sales

Per neighborhood restrictions, individual garage sales are not permitted outside of the Spring and Fall Community Sale dates. However, the HOA board understands the need for homeowners to hold estate/moving sales when selling a home or prior to moving. For this purpose, homeowners may request an exception from the board for Estate Sales (moving sale only). The board will work with the requester regarding guidelines for those sales.

There will be signs posted at the entrances to the neighborhood. The spring and fall garage sales are generally a Thurs – Sat. Dates will be posted on the website when they are confirmed.
