We are glad you are part of the neighborhood. Below is a list of items, companies and information that may assist you with your new home and starting new services. If you have a question that is not listed below, please feel free to contact our welcome committee.

Renew the Ridge Reminders:

Lawns – Lawns are one of the most highly-visible parts of our properties. Currently there are several properties in the community with lawns that are in disrepair. It is only with the cooperation of all homeowners that we can maintain our community standards and protect our home values. Please maintain your lawns and shrub beds with consistent lawn cutting/trimming and proper weed control. Please do not blow yard waste onto the street (especially dead, weedy or diseased grass) or down storm drains.
Boats, Trailers, RVs, Commercial Vehicles – These are not allowed to be parked in the community for more than 24 hours.
Roof & Home Exterior Surfaces – all changes to the exterior (including exterior painting) and roof changes of the home need approval via the Architecture Board with approval prior to work commencing.
Sidewalks, Curbs & Driveways – Please clean to remove grass, dirt, mold & mildew. Also please remove the weeds in your driveway and walkways.

Tree & Landscape Bed Trimming – Please trim any branches over-hanging or obstructing sidewalks, roads, signs or lights to a minimum of 8ft clearance, and keep plant material in landscape beds neatly pruned and mulched. All stumps remaining from previous tree removal need to be removed as well. Trees with > 50% dead leaves and not treated are considered dead and should be removed
Trash & Recycling Bins – Store trash and recycling containers inside your garage. Please put away the same day as pick up.
All vegetable gardens - must be contained to the back yard, including raised beds.
Miscellaneous Items on Lot – Please keep your lot free of any loose, miscellaneous items including building materials, equipment, plant containers, unused vehicles, trailers, bicycles, wagons, strollers, tricycles, and other large toys.
Pets - When walking pets around the neighborhood please make sure you pick up after them and dispose properly.
Portable basketball goals - are not allowed by our HOA bylaws. Please apply to the Architecture Board for approval or questions on what is applicable.

Pool Access

There are two neighborhood pools for residents to use. You’ll need to fill out a waiver to get access to the pools.

Falcon Ridge Phone Directory

The neighborhood directory is completely paperless, and can be found on the Sentry Management/Falcon Ridge Website (this website can only be accessed by Falcon Ridge Homeowners). If you wish to be included in the directory, please email astreeter@sentrymgt.com.
