Neighborhood Pools

The pools are open Memorial Day through the end of summer.
10 am - 9 pm

Clubhouse/Prairie Star Pool

  • 1300 sq. ft. of usable space for your event
  • Occupancy is 70 – 75 people
  • 4 square tables with chairs
  • 2 round tables
  • 3 rectangular tables (3 x 6ft, 1 x 8ft)
  • 32 chairs
  • Full Kitchen – Dishwasher, Refrigerator and Freezer, Stove, and Microwave.
  • Mens and Ladies separate bathrooms
  • Fireplace (electric)
  • Pool access not included in rental

Redbud Pool

  • 1300 sq. ft. of usable space for your event
  • Occupancy is 70 – 75 people
  • 4 square tables with chairs
  • 2 round tables
  • 3 rectangular tables (3 x 6ft, 1 x 8ft)
  • 32 chairs
  • Full Kitchen – Dishwasher, Refrigerator and Freezer, Stove, and Microwave.
  • Mens and Ladies separate bathrooms
  • Fireplace (electric)
  • Pool access not included in rental

Pool Access

You must have a signed liability waiver on file before your pool card will be activated.

Fill out, sign, and return the waiver to astreeter@sentrymgt.com and pool@falconridgehoa.net

Pool Access Card

If you need an access card to the pools, please contact Sentry Management, Inc. via astreeter@sentrymgt.com. Family pool entry/access cards are homeowner’s responsibility. There is a $25 charge for replacement of any lost card.

If you need a new or replacement card, please allow 24 hours for your request to be processed.

NOTE: There can be only one active card per family or household.

Rules & Regulations

The Clubhouse/Prairie Star pool and 95th & Redbud pool are entered with your access card. The alarm system at the clubhouse pool is activated after hours. Persons entering or leaving during unauthorized hours will be responsible for any damage. Police will be called and dispatched for any trespassing or suspicious activity.

THERE ARE NO LIFE GUARDS ON DUTY – Call 911 for all emergencies

The pools are PRIVATE PROPERTY. Loitering in the pool area during closed hours will be considered trespassing. The police will be called and FRHOA will prosecute.

In order for all residents to enjoy the full benefits of our community pools, we ask that you please abide by the following rules:

Maintenance

The pools are serviced early morning and water chemistry is checked again in the afternoon. If there is a problem at the pool, or with the restroom facilities, please call Sentry Management at (913) 648-1188.

If a problem occurs on a weekend or during evening hours, please listen to the voice prompts for reporting after hour emergencies and your call will be returned promptly.

Monitoring

Both pools are security monitored and are under video surveillance. Entering the pool area after hours and/or inappropriate activity at the pool by any member of a family or a guest of a homeowner will result in suspension of family pool privileges.

In addition, any vandalism / damage to Association property will be reported to the police and parties involved will be prosecuted. Damage to our community results in increased expense in operations. We will appreciate your help in making the pool season a good one!
